Waddell Media is a broad factual production company, covering just about anything that’s not scripted, from award-winning lifestyle formats to history, wildlife and popular documentaries. With an average output of around a dozen series and singles per year, the company has a long track record of great popular factual content for UK, Irish and International broadcasters. 

For over fifteen years we have been Channel 4’s biggest supplier from Northern Ireland. Currently we are making a third series of Britain’s Most Expensive Houses for the Channel as well as Escape to Florida, a brand new 20-part series for shoulder peak.

In the last couple of years, we have also made: We Built a Zoo (BBC Three), Coronation Tailors: Fit for a King (BBC Two), Tour de Fred: Northern Ireland (ITV1) Selling Ireland’s Most Exclusive Homes (RTÉ 2) to name just a few.

The office is based in Holywood, Co Down, about five miles outside Belfast. There is good parking and decent rail links from Belfast and Bangor. Office hours are 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

We generally like our people to be in the office. We love it to be packed with an eclectic bunch of creative people, talking and coming up with ideas. It’s very accessible and all are welcome.

We love dogs but our landlord doesn’t sadly.
